FIT and FIT Level 1
Our signature FIT classes will reap maximum benefits in the minimum amount of time. A combination of innovative and traditional methods, such as suspension training, medicine ball tosses, rope slams and various fitness equipment will improve strength, power production, and cardiovascular fitness.
We offer two levels to suit your needs: FIT Level 1 for those who want to ease themselves into the classes and FIT as you progress.
Intro to Yoga Boxing: Does Buddha bob and weave? Strengthen your balance, core and learn some boxing moves in Yoga*Boxing class! Box and flow in a beginner yoga-incorporating beginner level boxing moves. A perfect way to relieve stress and let off some steam through yoga asanas, integrating boxing techniques and breath. Students will work on building strength and balance while getting the heart pumping (at your own pace) all at once! We will do things like: hold warrior poses as well as do core work while learning some rounds of boxing moves and partner poses.
The Martial Arts Bootcamp is a cross between Fitness Kickboxing and Muay Thai. The classes are structured to work on Muay Thai sparring techniques and self defense, increasing stamina, building confidence, and having tons of fun while safely punching your friends! No experience necessary, men and women are welcome!
Young @ Heart (55+)
This program is designed for the 55+ age group.
This class combines functional strength training with cardiovascular exercise plus flexibility movements for overall health & wellness, and to keep you feeling Young @ Heart.
Physical fitness class and sports camp for kids. To help your child gain fitness and sports skills, while improving confidence and self-esteem. Our qualified instructors will provide your child a workout for the mind as well as the body.
