KEEPING KIDS HEALTHY
At PEAK we are all about teaching kids how to move properly, with quality form and technique. Fun games and strength training programs are utilized to keep the kids engaged and having a great time. We currently offer classes for ages 8-14. All fitness levels are invited to participate in our fun atmosphere with a structure program designed.
We realize that your children need to have a fun environment to train in so we keep things fresh and interesting utilizing many games in our training program.
EDUCATION ON FORM
Priority number 1 with all our classes is safety and proper form. With our KIDS FIT Classes we really put an emphasis on training with purpose.
Just show up
All of our KIDS FIT Classes are inclusive of everything they will need. We provide all the equipment. All we ask is that they show up eager and ready to give it their all.
