KEEP YOUR TRAINER
There’s something to be said for staying with your personal trainer for more than the one, three, or five sessions you originally signed up for . . . .
Often when joining a gym, folks will sign up to have a personal trainer show them a few machines to get them started or sign up for a program to last them a few days/weeks. Sometimes this is all the member wants, thinks they can afford, or believes that’s all they need to reach their goals. Whether you’re brand new or the gym is your second home, if you find that your workouts are getting lack-luster, you’re not making the progress you’ve set out for, etc., then a personal trainer might be the element you’re missing!
You can stay with one or try all the trainers we have! When it comes to the cost, we are an investment, one of the best you might ever make. We will be there to greet and motivate you through each workout, change your routines with dozens of exercise options, and push you when you think you don’t have another rep in you. When you’ve gone through your basic routine a few times, you can get bored, or perhaps you just don’t know what the next steps are. Personal trainers are here to help see the things that maybe you don’t: your posture, form, improvements and how to take your workouts to the next level! So if you think that having a trainer stay with you for your workouts, or make weekly/monthly check-ins, then talk to any of our staff for advice on how you can make that happen!
