Personal Training

Are you looking for a personalized training plan designed specifically for you and your goals? Perfect. Our 1 on 1 Personal Training program is geared towards your individualized specifications and is great at getting results quickly and safely.


For our 55+ client we have developed our Active Aging Program which is geared around movements and movement patterns that are workable for all ages and fitness levels. This class currently runs twice a week and is always a hit.


FIT Classes are boot-camp style classes in a fun, safe, non-competitive and friendly environment. Various classes of exercises (pushing, pulling, squats, lunges, cardio, core, strength, stretching, flexibility) and motivating coaches.
